Silicone cables for circuit integrity
Silicone rubber material shows due to its mineral nature highest flame resistance properties. It burns without emitting corrosive gases and with lowest smoke density. Our own developed compounds contain special additives which produce a ceramic shield around the copper conductor in the event of a fire, ensuring the circuit integrity of the cable for a defined time. This enables the functionality of safety relevant applications in public and petrochemical infrastructure.
